FAQ
1 General
1.1 What is a reseller of tickets?

A ticket reseller is a ticket provider that trades tickets that have already been resold. A reseller of tickets is not the first (primary) provider (promoter or organizer) of the ticket.

1.2 Are my seats next to each other?

If the stock indicated at a match is at least two, you are guaranteed to sit next to each other. If you book with more people, the aim is to place you next to each other. However, this cannot be guaranteed. If you book with four people or more, it may be that your group is split into two. If you wish to book with 3 people, we advise you to contact us first. You can request the specific options and exact seats per match via email or telephone.

If it says "Short side single" or "Long side single", this means that there are no more seats available next to each other for this match. It may be that there are several tickets in stock, but this means that if you order more than 1 ticket, you will be seated separately in the stands.

1.3 I didn't receive confirmation of my order, what do I have to do now?

If you have placed a reservation at SCT Tickets, but have not received a reservation confirmation within 10 minutes at the e-mail address you provided, we advise you to first check whether the reservation confirmation is not in your spam filter. If this is not the case, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible. You can do this by e-mail ([email protected]) or by telephone (0640215258). We will then work with you to see if something may have gone wrong during the order and take immediate action.

The moment you return to our thank you page after completing your payment and you have received an order number, your reservation is final. Even if you have not received a booking confirmation by e-mail, but the payment has been successful, your order is final. We therefore always recommend that you first contact us before you place a new reservation.

1.4 Which payment methods are available?

At SCT Tickets you can pay for your order in different ways. You can pay via iDeal (internet banking), Bancontact / Mr Cash, Giropay, Belfius, KBC or ING Home'Pay.

1.5 How does the delivery of the tickets work?

After an order, there are various options, depending on which club you have ordered, on which the tickets can be sent. With most clubs, e-tickets are shipped at the time of purchase. SCT Tickets will send the desired tickets to the e-mail address you have provided.

At some clubs the shipping method 'Hardcopy' is applied. In this case you will receive the tickets by registered mail in your mailbox.

If you have ordered tickets for a home match from Liverpool, Arsenal or Manchester United you will receive the cards in the form of so-called Membership cards. These are cards on which the relevant match is loaded. Upon arrival at the stadium you scan the pass and the entrance gate will open for you. IMPORTANT! After the game has ended, the cards must be returned to SCT Tickets. You will be told how this works exactly after placing an order.

In some cases the tickets will be delivered to the hotel where you will stay around the game. The tickets will then be delivered to your hotel reception at the latest at 10:00 a.m., where you can pick them up there.

1.6 How can I sell tickets to you?

Are you unexpectedly prevented from attending an event? No problem, you can offer your tickets for sale to SCT Tickets. By calling us or sending an email you can indicate which tickets you own and would like to sell. SCT Tickets strives to answer your requests within 2 working days.

1.7 How do I know my e-ticket is valid?

SCT Tickets only delivers original and thus valid e-tickets for events. The e-tickets will be delivered by us in their original condition. This means that in many cases the original cost price is still mentioned on the e-ticket and also the name of the first buyer. The ascription of the e-ticket you receive does not affect the validity of your e-ticket. The unique barcode (s), which are printed on every e-ticket, will give you access to the event. Do you still have questions about the e-tickets you receive? Always contact SCT Tickets only.

1.8 What happens if an event is canceled?

In the exceptional event that an event is completely canceled, you will receive an email from SCT Tickets containing information about the cancellation and you (with the exception of a bankruptcy of the organizer) are entitled to a refund of the order amount.

1.9 What happens when a football match for which I have purchased tickets is moved?

Play dates and start times of football matches can be changed right before the match. Should the playing date or the starting time of a game be changed, your tickets will remain valid for the new date and / or time. We would like to point out that you buy tickets for a specific match, where the playing date and start time are not necessarily fixed.

We therefore advise you to book your trip and stay around the match well and to keep a close eye on the club's website to keep abreast of changes. If the match is moved within the same weekend (eg from Saturday to Sunday), then it is your responsibility to ensure that you can attend the match. If you can't, you will not be eligible for a refund in this case.

1.10 Why is there a different name on the ticket?

SCT Tickets is a reseller of tickets for various events. We purchase tickets through a large network of suppliers. The tickets you have received have already been resold. The name you see on the card is the name of the first buyer. This person has sold his tickets to us. The data of the first buyer must remain on the card. However, each card has a unique barcode, which guarantees the validity of the card and your access to the event.

1.11 Why is there a different price on the ticket?

The price stated on the ticket is the original price of the ticket when it was issued by the event organizer. The price you pay for the ticket is based on the demand for the ticket and the other costs incurred by SCT Tickets to get the ticket.

1.12 I want to cancel my order, how do I do that?

Unlike with other online purchases, there is no statutory cooling-off period when buying tickets for concerts, sports competitions and theater. You can therefore not cancel your purchase based on the Distance Selling Act. The purchase and sale of tickets falls under the exception stipulation as included in Article 7: 46i, paragraph 3BW, which refers to time-bound products. With regard to these time-bound products, it has been determined that they can not be returned (due to their time-bound nature). You can check this on the website of the Consumer Authority.

1.13 When will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible (e-ticket) to the e-mail address you provided. You will receive the electronic tickets in your inbox and can print your e-tickets at home.

In the event that the tickets ordered by you are hard copy tickets, your tickets will be sent by parcel post from PostNL (Netherlands) or via DHL (abroad).

Another possibility is that you have to collect your tickets for a foreign contest at the lobby of your hotel.

SCT Tickets will of course fully inform you after your order about how you will receive the tickets.
